Why Powerhouse:

This position is responsible for inspecting and measuring the exterior parking lot and landscapes of commercial properties on a regular scheduled route or on an as-needed basis specific to the assigned region in your area. Occasional travel maybe requested outside your territory within the US based on your availability and willingness to assist with other projects.

This position pays an hourly rate mileage

What YOU will do:

• Inspect commercial landscape properties as scheduled monthly, provide required photo documentation via mobile inspection APP.
• Meet with site managers to walk the sites and document services being performed as contracted.
• Meet with Customer personnel to review and discuss specific requests as needed.
• Assist with resolution of site level issues by thoroughly documenting a full account of property.
• Notify the Operations Manager or your Manager from site if less than satisfactory conditions exist.
• Identify out of scope work order opportunities and create work orders with documented details and pictures.
• Escalate urgent safety issues.
• Inventory requests of customer sites as needed.
• Using the digital measurement template -calculate all total square footages and include narrative notes for specific aspects of each property including turf, asphalt, beds, etc.
• Assist with additional ad hoc -requests dependent on availability and expertise.
• Utilize provided technology, mobile application, to upload site information to the corporate office for further processing.
• Regular travel is required with two to three days’ notice on average to assist with projects. Normal routes are set up on a regular schedule in advance.
• Check e-mail communication from Powerhouse daily.
• Occasional travel may be requested outside your territory within the US, upon request and per availability.
• Complete daily, weekly, and recurring job assignments on time. Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements as outlined by Supervisor.
• Execute job responsibilities with the drive to creating Raving Fan customers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Personal cell phone.
• Proficient computer skills
• Have an automobile in good working condition.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with remote supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Previous travel experience
• Prior commercial landscape experience
• Knowledge of landscape and snow removal industry is helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
