Precision Assembler performs precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances. Follows schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, and soldering of components to assemble units. Being a Precision Assembler calibrates and tests subcomponents and finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspects produced parts for quality assurance, identifies defects and makes adjustments. Additionally, Precision Assembler uses standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and dial calipers. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Precision Assembler works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Position Summary The Medical Package/Assembler position supports our our team in packaging and assembling parts for our customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with

1. Bag and label parts according to work order and instructions.
2. Create labels non-customer and customer specific by using spec sheets or customer portals.
3. Assemblies according to work instructions.
4. Clean room washing while following proper gowning procedures.
5. Operating and setting torque screws along with identifying the correct tip needed.
6. Issue material.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. EDUCATION: High School diploma, equivalent or trade school graduate and/or minimum experience.
2. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: None
3. OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with our internal and external customers. Basic knowledge of equipment. Basic ability to read prints and use simple measuring equipment. Basic math skills.
