Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a well skilled Precision Racker for a company that manufactures various types of faucets in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 5:15am to 2:00pm

Requirements of a Precision Racker:

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
• A sense of urgency and efficiency in all tasks
• A mechanical aptitude and basic machine shop skills
• Must have initiative and be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision 
• Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, persistence
• Prior experience in racking, parts racker, and or assembly is a must!

Requirements of a Precisions Racker:

• Learning fixturing techniques for proper PVD processing
• Product handling, including properly fixturing onto racks
• Selecting racks according to size, shape, and number of parts to be processed
• Properly placing parts on racks
• Racking and un-racking parts per work order
• Visually inspecting parts to verify finish complies to specifications
• Using extreme caution with customer product and tooling to avoid damage
• Loading and unloading fixtured components from the coating machine to maintain production flow
