Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roller/Paver Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various paving equipment and performing general labor tasks to support our paving operations.

Responsibilities:     

• Operate paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers to lay asphalt and perform paving tasks.    
• Perform laborer tasks such as raking, shoveling, hand tamping, sweeping 
• Assist with the preparation of job sites, including clearing debris, setting up barriers, and laying out materials.    
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.    
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.  
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:      

• Previous experience operating paving equipment, preferably in a construction or paving environment.           
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.           
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.      
• Valid driver’s license.    
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
