Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Perform hair styling and hair threading techniques as requested by clients
- Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and retail sales of hair care products
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Use MINDBODY or similar software to manage appointments and track client preferences
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following all health and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering

Requirements:
- Valid barbering license in the state of [Location]
- Proven experience as a barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques for promoting hair care products
- Ability to manage a store independently, including inventory management and cash handling
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services to clients
