Position 

Grinder Operator

Pay

$18/hr

Job Summary 

Responsible for separating and grinding EPS. 

Responsibilities 

• Separate grind material. 
• Monitor bags and change feed route as required. 
• Performs routine housekeeping as required. 
• Consistently check grinding process for foreign matters. 
• Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor. 
• Routinely performs overtime without extended notice. 
• Assist in related departments and perform related duties, as required. 

Qualifications 

• Ability to separate grind material by density or type. 
• Ability to monitor bags. 
• Ability to keep records. 
• Ability to work productively with minimum supervision. 
• Strong interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, well organized.  

Schedule 

• Monday through Friday
• 6am – 2:30pm
• Flexibility is a must – hours subject to change based on production schedule
