Job Summary: The Grinder II is an individual who can work within a fast-paced, Sheetmetal shop environment focusing on on-time delivery of parts. This person must have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and ask questions about manufacturing processes.  They will be proficient with all required equipment for the department. Attention to safety, quality and on time delivery is required. Moderate ability to read and understand blueprints is necessary for determining required finishes and tools to achieve them.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Safely operate moving machines and equipment with little assistance
• Function in a safe and reliable manner to prevent personal injury and/or property damage.
• Ability grind, vibrate, back sand various materials.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
