Selects, mounts, attaches and calibrates a variety of attachments and grinding machines for grinding angles, contours, lines, and spheres on to surfaces. Being a Precision Grinder requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Precision Grinder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Purpose
Provide consulting services, expertise, training and troubleshooting for the sale and support of solutions enabled by the John Deere Precision Ag. Strategy and other aligned technology and applications. Serves as the primary point of contact for both customers and dealer staff as it relates to technology sales and troubleshooting information.
Responsibilities
Bonus potentially tied to the PAES (Precision Ag. Engagement Score) and other metrics.
Commission: percentage on AMS products sold by the Specialist.
