Anderson Precision currently has an opening for a Full-Time Product Auditor Trainee on our 2nd shift. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, working four 10-hour shifts.

Do you possess the eagerness to learn and the desire to be part of a team? We will train you in the following job duties:

Specific Job Duties:

• Final inspection and inspection on the production line.
• Incoming receiving inspection of outsourced product and operations
• Support operators on quality related issues

General Job Duties:

• To take an active role and offer improvement ideas that will enhance our bonus program and Lean Manufacturing objectives.
• Be a Team Player, and support the goals of the area and Anderson
• Follow set processes and procedures
• Communicate effectively with your manager.
• Help to eliminate waste (I.e., paperwork, unnecessary movement of parts, etc.)
• Remain alert and aware of any health and safety hazards
• Comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Strive to develop innovative ideas and techniques to improve process / quality within our business and manufacturing operations
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Shift Information

API offers a $1.25 shift premium on top of base wage. Base wage is determined by experience. API's 2nd shift is four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday.
