WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a CNC Grinder, you may be responsible for but not limited to:

• Set up and operate CNC IDOD grinders.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.
• Machines parts to specified tolerances.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures described in the Employment Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ABOUT YOU:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ten or more years of related work experience
• Knowledge of close tolerance parts.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Surface grind, Honing machining, and Jig grinding experience is a plus.
• Some knowledge of machining techniques and methods.
• Requires the ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written work instructions in the English language.
• Be a team player who can perform in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Quality-oriented with a hands-on personality, “do it right the first time” personality.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work individually and handle multitasking.

• Ability to take instructions and communicate instructions as needed.
