Selects, mounts, attaches and calibrates a variety of attachments and grinding machines for grinding angles, contours, lines, and spheres on to surfaces. Being a Precision Grinder requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager. The Precision Grinder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. PRECISION ABA, LLC is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for positions in the South Florida Area.

What Will I Be Doing?
You will provide evidence-based interventions through ABA services in our learner’s homes and center. While a majority of our learners are children and adolescents with Autism, we also provide services to people of all ages with varying abilities. You will provide supervision and foster ongoing learning to Behavior Technicians while working with each individual learner. You will provide coaching to parents and other caregivers, conduct assessments of learners, develop behavior intervention plans and behavior analytic programming supporting skill acquisition, and provide consultation to other professionals on the learner’s team. You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of assessments, evaluations, and behavior support plans for clients on your caseload of up to 10 learners. All team members are required to adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts.
What Do I Need to Do to be Successful?
A successful BCBA is respectful, collaborative, is committed to lifelong learning, and loves what they do.
You will have earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification in good standing.
You excel as an individual but are an accomplished team member
You empower parents, clients, and staff with the tools and confidence they need and work with them as their coach
Use the Standard Celeration Chart, Precision Teaching methodologies, and Instructional Design or be willing to learn
