Position Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The Warehouse Lead will ensure efficient workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and delivery of goods.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and storage optimization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and generate reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and accountability among warehouse staff.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowlege of OSHA Safety regulations, certificate preferred.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
• Capability to handle heavy lifting and operate materials handling equipment.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with E-commerce operations and distribution center processes
• Familiarty with Google, Netsuite ERP, Monday.com or other project management software
• Customer service background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
