Automotive technician duties:
Depending on your experience level, you will be expected to accurately inspect, diagnose and repair the many mechanical and electrical systems of cars and light trucks - e.g. brake, steering & suspension, air conditioning, engine, transmission, emission, drivability diagnosis, electrical issues, under hood and interior comfort options. Maintain a clean, professional environment. Work with a positive attitude. Show a desire to serve people with respect and deliver quality work.
Qualifications / Requirements include:
● Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician/repair experience (ASE Certifications a plus)
● Must have valid driver’s license
● Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment, delivering quality work
● Ability to flag 40 hours per week
● Ability to work a flexible 5-day schedule including Saturdays
● Have own tools
● Experience with many different vehicle manufacturers
● Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
● The ability to use different computers and scan tools for vehicle diagnosis and repair procedures
