Reviews job specifications and complete setup tasks, including filling ink, calibrating machine, and loading stock. Being a Press Operator - All Widths conducts visual inspection of samples prior to running job. Performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Additionally, Press Operator - All Widths completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Working as a Press Brake Operator at McIntosh Labs is EPICC! Together we exist to amplify life’s memorable moments – as one team! You will be part of the dynamic team that contributes and builds the fueling of the Great American Powerhouse! You will be part of metal shop team that bends, brakes, and make the stainless steel chasis that keep the McIntosh Brand the best in the world!
What You’ll Do:
· Loading and running automated turret punch presses
· Operating manual and CNC bending brakes.
· Deburring with a file, sander or grinder.
· Spot welding.
· Using calipers and gages to verify output quality against drawings.
· Familiarity with Armada Machines is preferable.
· Attendance.
· Being prompt and on time for scheduled shift.
· Any other duties as assigned.
