Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer or Broom Tractor Operator to join our team. As a Skid Steer or Broom Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer/tractor equipment to assist with various road construction projects.

-We are seeking employees for multiple positions.

• Skid Steer Operator/Foreman
• Broom Tractor Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer equipment to perform tasks broom box, bump mill, pick asphalt up.

-Operate broom tractor equipment cleaning behind a mill
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Perform routine maintenance on skid steer/tractor equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Communicate with supervisors and project managers regarding project progress

-Input daily timesheets and field tickets

Skills:
- Proficient in operating skid steer/tractor equipment, including but not limited to Caterpillar models
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address any equipment issues

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Ability to work day or night shift. Some weekends may be required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
