Press Operator - All Widths jobs in High Point, NC
Press Operator - All Widths completes print production jobs on various types of printing press machines, including digital, flexographic, web, screen, or others. Reviews job specifications and complete setup tasks, including filling ink, calibrating machine, and loading stock. Being a Press Operator - All Widths conducts visual inspection of samples prior to running job. Performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Additionally, Press Operator - All Widths completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Press Operator - All Widths independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. Schedule and Pay for this Press Brake Operator Position Includes:
- Monday-Friday/6am to 2:30pm
- $20.00 – $26.00/hour (DOE)

Minimum Qualifications to be a successful Press Brake Operator for ResourceMFG:
- 1 year work experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- Good attention to detail
- Follow all safety procedures
- Ability to read a tape measure to the 1/16”
- Basic ability to interpret sketches & blueprints
- Proficient with hand tools i.e., Angle grinder, weld pliers, clamps, drills, impact, bench grinder, and air die grinders
- Successfully complete the on boarding training program
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to be an ideal Press Brake Operator for ResourceMFG:
- Read blueprints from designers and engineers
- Program your machine to fit the design
- Measure the final product to ensure uniformity
- Restock materials
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine
