GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Operates equipment to extrude aluminum.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned)

1. Know all start up and operating procedures of all equipment.

2. Know set-ups of tooling into press.

3. Monitor equipment and set-up to insure maximum recovery.

4. Monitor product to maintain finish and dimensions.

5. Set pace of material flow.

6. Recognize potential problems and alert leadperson.

7. Follow company safety rules and policies.

8. Responsible for good housekeeping of assigned area.

9. Checks extrusions with gauges and measuring instruments as required.

10. Performs other tasks as required.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

· Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Requires the use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of decimals and fractions; work from drawings, specification and formulas involving limited detail, use and interpret adjustable measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and scales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.25 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
