Press Operator
If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for a new opportunity at a well-established company, then consider this Press Operator role! You’ll join the friendly, first-shift team at a rubber manufacturer’s Laconia, NH facility.
Responsibilities of the Press Operator

• Operate a press to mold rubber or bond rubber to metal
• Ensure press temperatures are correct
• Keep equipment and work area clean
• Cross-train on multiple tasks
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Follow safety procedures
• Inform supervisor or engineering of defects or other issues
• Perform related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Press Operator

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willing to learn and flexible with work tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The Press Operator works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm. We look forward to hearing from you!
