Press Operator Assistant - All Widths jobs in Omaha, NE

Wright Printing Co. is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Digital Press Operator. We are seeking a craftsperson who exhibits attention to detail, a great eye for color, a dedicated attitude to quality workmanship, good attendance, and positive communication skills within the team. Hourly pay is $18.00 and up, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate includes:

• Ability to read and understand a job ticket, both printed and on the computer system.
• Able to read a ruler, understand measurements, and do basic math accurately.
• Adapt to electronic input requirements to document production times and notes within internal computer system
• Attention to quality components and detailed instructions

• Open to learning to master new/different technology

• Prioritizes position communication
• Prioritizes the needs of the customer
• Self-motivated and focused on scheduler and management supplied instructions

• Production positions require standing and walking for long periods of time (up to 12 hour shifts)
• Production positions require the ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, 20 feet in distance
• Willing to work in other departments or handle unique duties as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability for overtime as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
