Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. With a focus on maintaining safety standards and optimizing production processes, you will be instrumental in driving our success.

Shifts for this role are available Sunday - Thursday, 2:00 - 10:00 pm or 12:00 - 8:00 pm. Experience in printing, cutting and/or packaging is highly desired.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates smoothly.
• Follow operational guidelines and procedures for safe and efficient machine operation.
• Operate mechanical or computer-operated equipment with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare machinery for daily use and conduct regular inspections for safety and performance.
• Train other team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on equipment, inventory, and safety incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret and implement blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Numerically oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
