Now in our fourth generation of family ownership, we employ more than 775 team members throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.Position Summary:Responsible for special product allocations, large multi-unit, key account customer order processing and supporting the pricing department on these processes and special projects.Daily/Position Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Pricing Specialist supports the pricing department with all the specialty item pricing
- Responsible to input, update and override entries in the customer service order entry system
- Special projects as assigned, such as Tomra account reconciliation, large multi-unit customer order processing (BJ’s, Costco, Walgreens, Trader Joes), manage holiday gift set allocations
- Maintain special order and product allocation
- Resolving product and delivery questions in a courteous and timely manner
- Expediting corrections and adjustments on orders
- Sort, scan and file various types of documents such as accumes, credits and invoices daily and monthly
- Resolve customer questions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Complete department administrative projects and duties
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:- High School diploma/GED
- 2-3 years related experience
- Previous work experience in the beverage industry a plus
Skills/Requirements:- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Effective communicate with internal/external individuals
- Strong analytical skills to assimilate and process data appropriately
- Problem solving skills required to analyze and solve unexpected company and customer situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills, with strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Math Skills
