Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the role of Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the grocery retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize store performance and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and reduce shrinkage
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to maintain a high level of productivity and morale
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and professionalism
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand loyalty and reputation
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute business plans and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the grocery industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

Pay: $61,915.00 - $65,659.00 per year
