The Pack Mule is a brand new "Specialty Grocery Store" in Hill City, SD. We featuring groceries and spirits with an emphasis on local products and high-quality goods. We are a "one-stop" shopping outlet with common grocery items, deli, butcher selection and liquor all under the same roof.

We are currently looking for Full Time staffers, year round!

Responsibilities:

• Stock and rotate grocery products to ensure freshness.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and offering product recommendations.
• Ensure that the grocery department is clean, well-stocked, and attractive.
• Monitor product quality and inform management of any items that need to be removed from sale.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with ordering and stocking of products.
• Operate cash registers, handle money, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in grocery or liquor is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

-Past commercial kitchen experience, either in a butcher's market or deli, or restaurant setting is not necessary, but is preferred.

-A passion for great food and cool and innovated products is a must!
