What you bring:

• Prior gas station/convenience store management experience is required.
• At least 3 years of convenience store management experience
• Supervise a store team consisting of 5-8 staff members.
• Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store
• Recruit, hire and train customer service-oriented store team members.
• Work with all suppliers to ensure store is always stocked with products.
• Analyze sales trends and formulate action plans to maximize sales growth.
• Retail and/or Food Management experience.
• Maintains 100% in-stock excellence on top selling items.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check.

Operations

• Drives sales and profits in a high volume, complex location.
• Analyzes financial data including but not limited to profit and loss statements, shortages, cashier analysis to identify business opportunities and increase sales.
• Plans and prepares work schedules to provide the best possible level of customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Store Manager must work a minimum of 50 hours per week or more as needed to complete all duties required. Must be Committed to work flexible hours, days, weekends, and holidays; On-call duty may be required.
