Print Production Coordinator jobs in Baton Rouge, LA
Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Looking for someone with customer facing, print production and mail sorting experience. You will be sorting mail, producing high quality images. There will be standing or walking at least 50 % daily and lifting throughout the day. Lifting 50 lbs is required and assistance is available for weight >50lbs. No driving is required.
Manager is seeking candidates for the following skill set:
Sorting and pitching mail into mailboxes,
Metering mail with Neopost
Providing shipping services via POS for USPS, UPS and FedEx
Delivering packages to walk up customers.
Running various print jobs posters and providing finishing (stapling, cutting , binding etc…)
Back fill Campus mail run
Provide customer quotes per request.
Take messages and route calls
Research mail/ Return to sender when undeliverable
There is walking , standing and lifting required. Lifting required, assistance provided over 50 lbs
Manager will review resumes and seek Mail sorting, Knowledge of Neopost and POS system, experience with running copier equipment and finish work, good customer service skills required, must be motivated
Dress code is business casual
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $16.97 per hour
