Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Print Operator to join our team. As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality gift and employee cards in a quick, efficient, and accurate manner. You’re the guardian of our on-site digital printers, ensuring that production quality and processes are where they need to be.

How you will make an impact:

• Strive to achieve (and why not surpass!) our production objectives;
• Operate, set up and calibrate our commercial and desktop direct to card printers to print in full and single color;
• Keep our printers in tip-top shape by regularly checking them and cleaning them;
• Follow our quality standards;
• Regularly conduct quality checks in multiple control points;
• Feed machines and ensure they’re always running smoothly;
• Participate in our continuous improvement initiatives;
• Actively participate in maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment by following procedures and adopting safe working practices;
• Regularly capture production materials and inventory, to improve our processes and efficiency;
• Fix and troubleshoot minor issues that might occur during the shift.
• Ensure order completion;
• Take ownership of your development by actively participating in ways to improve company production goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
