Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Manager the production coordinator clerk is responsible for ensuring proper shift reporting of orders and clerical duties as a back up to the scheduler. And other duties as assigned.

• Handle phones/ guests
• Create worksheets for production, including QF39 sheets.
• Shift reports on orders in both systems: BCDATA & TMM and make adjustments as necessary.
• Refresh BOMB’S- making sure formulas for customer orders are correct
• Managing the company Cintas uniform account- order, cancel and handle any issues that may arise.
• Scheduler back up.
• Inventory- enter counts as needed and help with the annual audit
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience & Education and Physical Requirements

• Industry Experience: 2 years relevant manufacturing industry experience in polymer masterbatch and/or engineering materials compounding is strongly desired.
• Key competencies: leadership, working independently, excellent attendance, customer centricity, collaboration, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills, team leadership and participation. Ability to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs effectively. Continuous Improvement skills and experience is essential. Must have a “go getter” attitude.
• Physical Demands: While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing duties, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles and high heat (some areas not climate controlled).
• Education:High School diploma required. Post-Secondary Degree Preferred.
