Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Description:
The Field Service Technician performs maintenance and repairs on Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax Equipment. The Field Service Technician will also interact with and maintain a high level of satisfaction from our customers.
Duties:
Minimize equipment down-time through timely response for service and delivery tickets, update and close tickets with detailed information within the assigned response/resolve time frame.
Troubleshooting and repair
Maintain inventory for parts and order parts as needed.
Analyze customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and influence sales growth.
Communicate and interact with customers, management, and administrative staff in a way that is courteous, positive, and professional.
Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
Provide accurate call closure information, parts usage and customer meter readings.
Provide a high level of customer service and follow through.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in maintenance and repair of office equipment would be a plus, with HP, Xerox, and Lexmark experience being ideal. WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON IF NO EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE EQUIPMENT REPAIR!
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
Basic computer skills are required.
Knowledge of basic networking is a plus.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent a minimum.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport parts, equipment, and boxes.
Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
