Print Production Coordinator jobs in Ogden, UT
Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We do not require any previous experience, but if you have any experience working in a print shop, with graphic design, or the creative field, that is a bonus! However, we are willing to train the right applicant. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities- Greet customers in store
- Answer phones
- Manage cash drawer and record it daily
- Handle transactions with customers
- Manage retail projects and prioritize queue
- Communicate with customers regarding our services and details about their order
- Manage inventory and order when needed
- Operate large Format Printer - Cutting Machines - and Packaging Equipment (Training will be provided)
