Print Production Coordinator initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Being a Print Production Coordinator coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. Reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Additionally, Print Production Coordinator reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Print Production Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. This is a full time position. Responsibilities include training, evaluating, and supervising employees, production workers, and our consumers with developmentally disabilities. Maintain and run variety of equipment and machines, and forklift. Maintain accurate inventory, and assist with upgrading production methods. Requires valid MN driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and acceptable driving record. Background check required.
