$20.04/Hour 

Summary

The Point/Middle Operator is responsible for packing finished product on skids, performing quality checks, banding, installing side boards, stretch wrapping, and moving finished product to assigned area for shipping.

Essential Functions

• Lifting 5 – 50 pounds repetitively.
• Standing demands of up to 9 hours per day.
• Ability to read tape measure, calipers.
• Bending at the waist.
• Forklift operations – training provided.
• Banding product on skids.
• Pneumatic gun operation (nail/stapple).
• Filling out required paperwork.
• Informing glue operator of product defects.
• Occasionally tying bales when baler is full.
• Wearing all proper PPE and following all safety regulations/procedures
• Other duties as assigned 
• Ability to work overtime 

Position Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
