PRIMARY FUNCTION :
Answering the phone, receiving, filling and shipping orders for blood components as per each client’s request, ensuring all pick-ups and deliveries are done, process donor units, modify components, label and properly disposition and inspect blood components for any abnormal appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education - High school diploma or equivalent
Experience - On-the-job training
