What’s the opportunity:

Cloud Print/ Cloud Fax Account Managers must be positive, highly motivated, result driven individuals that are extremely customer-service oriented. They must have excellent communication skills. In this role, Account Managers will work directly with members of the DEX team, as well as, our customers and clients.

What will you do:

• Manage incoming requests from customers via Service Ticket Management system
• Be their point of contact as it relates to software and guide them in escalations
• Take care of the needs of your clients and provide great customer service
• Run various reports to ensure the customer account is accurate and pending issues are handled in a timely manner
• Gather information for quarterly business reviews
• Assist with software failures as reported via escalation paths
• Check on open service tickets to ensure contracted SLAs are being met
• Follow up with technicians and vendors if SLAs are being missed
• Process Tier 1 support calls with the appropriate software vendor
• Escalate calls through vendor and management as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor license utilization and deployments

What you bring to the table:

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in Account Management
• Excellent attention to detail and task diligence.
• Have great time management skills
• Microsoft excel computer skills, SalesForce and E-automate knowledge are preferred
