YOUR TYPICAL DAY:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you dive headfirst into a world of meaningful connections and transformative moments. Your day begins by delving into client assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans that pave the way for progress. With your expertise, you guide our team in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services, all while fostering strong bonds with families.

Armed with your sharp analytical skills, you navigate through behavioral data, refining interventions to perfection. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Current BCBA certification
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
• Ability to write complex behavior support plans
• Ability to communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
• Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
