Mugsby is looking to hire a new team member to assist with the production of pearl clutching products.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years operating a M&R automatic press
- ability to set up and register multicolor jobs
- knowledge of mesh counts, EOM, inks and bases
- experience with water based and discharge prints
- excellent communication skills
- be able to multitask
- be able to lift 40 pounds (at times)
- have your own transportation
- be self motivated
- must have own transportation
- be able to tolerate bad jokes and all kinds of music

The Equipment:
We have a 10/12 M&R Cobra and a 4/8 ROQ YOU

The Work:
We are our own brand, so we pretty much just print our own designs (with the occasional side job). We like to keep it simple with low color counts but high quality prints with fun bases and textures.

Pay for this position is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and capability. Raises may be given based on experience and performance. Health benefits will start after 60 days. Half of healthcare premium is paid by company. Access dental and vision insurance available.
