Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator/Screen Printer to join our team. As an Embroidery Operator and Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and designs on various garments using professional techniques. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including screens, squeegees, and ink
- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and exposing them to create the desired design
- Load garments onto the printing machine and ensure proper alignment
- Print designs onto garments with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency
- Inspect finished prints for any defects or imperfections
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with fabricating and assembling garments as needed

- Operate professional embroidery machines

Requirements:
- Willing to learn and self motivated
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints consistently
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments
- Basic math skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

- Demonstrates understanding of customer service

-Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30lbs

We are looking for a self motivated individual who is willing to learn. Prior experience is a plus, but not required. Basic customer service skills are required as this position will spend some time on the sales floor. This is a small, family business and we are looking for someone who is reliable and flexible. Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
