Performs in-process quality inspections utilizing standard testing protocols. Additionally, Printer completes all required production logs and documentation. Interprets equipment diagnostics, troubleshoots breakdowns, and makes necessary adjustments to complete the job. Performs regular maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers of press from one job to another. Maintains a clean and safe workspace. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator/Screen Printer to join our team. As an Embroidery Operator and Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and designs on various garments using professional techniques. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment, including screens, squeegees, and ink
- Prepare screens by applying emulsion and exposing them to create the desired design
- Load garments onto the printing machine and ensure proper alignment
- Print designs onto garments with precision and attention to detail
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency
- Inspect finished prints for any defects or imperfections
- Clean and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with fabricating and assembling garments as needed
- Operate professional embroidery machines
Requirements:
- Willing to learn and self motivated
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality prints consistently
- Ability to troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments
- Basic math skills
