We’re currently seeking a full-time experienced screen printer who is able to support our growing apparel screen printing department, with skills in operating an automatic 6 color screen printing machine and knowledge in printing designs ranging from 1 to 6 colors on apparel. This job will require that you are able to complete orders efficiently and on time, maintain high quality levels, and adhere to the shop standards of cleanliness, organization and safety. Ideal candidate will be highly-motivated, efficient, and dedicated to help grow a strong team. This is an immediate opening within a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

• Operation of manual and/or automatic presses, and direct experience with M&R equipment is important.
• High attention to detail — Good judgment of color, design, and print quality
• Ability to meet production goals; printing large quantities in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team, receive feedback, and adjust accordingly
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Automatic press operation
• Efficiently set up and tear down multi-color jobs
• Maintain print quality, registration, and color
• Adjusting press for print quality, including performing routine maintenance
• Understand different materials, Pantone, and production methods
• Work closely with all departments to ensure all tasks and designs follow the brand guidelines
• Keep up with production schedule and complete jobs on time
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
