Privacy Manager implements and enforces the organization's privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensures all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations. Being a Privacy Manager plans and implements privacy training programs and communications. Manages compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation. Additionally, Privacy Manager leads research and prepares communications in response to privacy-related events or consumer, government, or media inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Privacy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Privacy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
