Privacy Manager implements and enforces the organization's privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensures all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations. Being a Privacy Manager plans and implements privacy training programs and communications. Manages compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation. Additionally, Privacy Manager leads research and prepares communications in response to privacy-related events or consumer, government, or media inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Privacy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Privacy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. You meet these requirements:
- Proven ability to drive positive results
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to run great shifts
- Demonstrated understanding of the business
- ServSafe certification (or ability to pass)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
