Privacy Manager implements and enforces the organization's privacy strategy, including policies, procedures, and initiatives. Ensures all business and data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with laws and regulations. Being a Privacy Manager plans and implements privacy training programs and communications. Manages compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation. Additionally, Privacy Manager leads research and prepares communications in response to privacy-related events or consumer, government, or media inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Privacy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Privacy Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center.
Our Operations Manager needs to be a responsible individual who can lead and manage a team while overseeing daily operations over our 3 businesses; food & beverage, bowling, and arcade. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the GM and AGM in staffing and training team members, overseeing operations and guest experience including all areas of service, while ensuring that we deliver an exceptional product.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
- Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating team members
- Adhering to core standards, HR policies, training, safety requirements
- Drive best practices through the organization and leads process improvement
- Address service or customer issues of an operational nature
