The position will be responsible for day-to-day compliance and privacy activities dedicated to supporting the local facilities and ensuring compliance with relevant federal and state healthcare laws and regulations as well as implementation of the organization’s Corporate Responsibility Program. Responsibilities include handling reported concerns and performing investigations, training and education, monitoring and auditing, policy and procedure implementation, and other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

This position is located in Salt Lake City, UT. 

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two (2) years of relevant professional experience.
• Detail oriented with capability to prioritize and organize high volumes of tasks.
• Proven critical thinking and sound decision making.
• Communicate effectively with all position levels.
• Demonstrated financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, regulatory trends, and health care compliance issues.

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally
