Pay Range: $35,000 - $52,000 DOE
Responsibilities:- Provide assistance to customers; prioritize customer service
- Assist approximately 20 customers per day
- Greet and direct visitors as needed
- Open deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and business accounts
- Process debit card applications
- Assist in closing accounts when necessary
- Perform transactions such as cashing U.S. Savings Bonds, selling money orders, gift cards, access cards, and cashier’s checks
- Accurately enter transaction information into the computer system and provide receipts
Requirements:- High School Diploma
- 1 Years of customer service experience
- Preferably 2-3 years of banking experience with universal banking responsibilities
- Associate Degree in Business or other community banker training is preferred
- Experience with CSI software is preferred
