Job Description:
Provides client support to inquiries that include but are not limited to: general bank transactions; operational issues, and/or bank office support. Requests are received from various channels, including face-to-face, email, phone, or from internal business partners. Ideal candidates should be able to work under moderate supervision and have a general skill set that is applied to the essential functions. Utilizes knowledge or resources to resolve moderately complex issues, and escalates complex non-routine problems. Accountable for performing assigned functions efficiently while ensuring all regulations, procedures, and policies are adhered to.
