Private Banking Director oversees all aspects of private banking activities that service the needs of high net-worth clients. Ensures that client relationships are developed and expanded and that the resources of the entire organization are properly leveraged to provide efficient and personalized service delivery. Being a Private Banking Director develops strategies and objectives that include deposit and loan volume goals and effective marketing plans. Implements operations, processes, and team development programs that enhance the achievement of private banking objectives. Additionally, Private Banking Director may act as a consultant for high-value or complex credit decisions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Private Banking Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Private Banking Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Shift: 4x10’s - 10pm-8:30am, M-Th

    Requirement:

    • 1. Technical Procedures: Responsible for testing procedures, quality control, and proficiency testing to ensure that the test results meet the labs definition of quality – accurate, timely, appropriate, and useful. To this end verifies specimen integrity, sets priorities, evaluates and interprets data and take appropriate action per policy, performs appropriate documentation, assists in evaluation and implementation of new methods, assists with upkeep of policy/procedure manuals and CAP inspections. Is aware of resources and works efficiently to prevent waste. 2. Instrumentation: Responsible for the proper operation of instruments, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to enable test results to be timely and accurate. Operates lab instruments as assigned, performs instrument QC, documents result, and takes appropriate action. Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots instrument problems. Understands theory of instrument operations and mechanical functions. Seeks help when necessary. 3. Information Handling: Responsible for proper use of Cerner/STAR according to policy/procedure in ordering/receiving/ cancelling tests, reviewing/verification of results. Responsible for review of pending lists and follow-up of pending tests. Documents all actions appropriately in computer. Documents all PMs, and QC appropriately. Maintains patient confidentiality per established policies. 4. Communication/Customer Service: Communicates information to supervisor/pathologist, co-workers or students, laboratory staff on other shifts, outside departments – accurately, timely, clearly, and professionally. Follows through on communications, responds as appropriate. Answers laboratory phones, directs parties or gives appropriate information. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and patients to assist them with their needs. Maintains good rapport with peers, management, physicians, and hospital staff.

    Summary:

    • ASCP or NCA registered - Required A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology, or Associates degree with prerequisite coursework and clinical training - Required In lieu of an Associate’s degree, candidate must meet the alternate route requirements for education and training as set forth by ASCP or NCA. Must be able to use standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, computer terminals - Required Must be capable of operating laboratory instrumentation - Required Performing patient phlebotomy - Required
