As a Knowledge Director (KD) within BCG's Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Sector/Topic. You will grow and deploy a team of 4-8 Sector/Topic experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team’s performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.
Additionally, you will directly contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops based upon your own extensive experience in the domain. You will support SATT & Conferences, presenting expertise in meetings & conferences.

Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
Specialization in relevant PIPE topic areas
Fluency in English and German
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
