Responsibilities:

• Meal Planning:
• Collaborate with the client to plan nutritious and diverse meals that align with her dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Consider specific dietary needs and preferences, ensuring a balance of flavors and textures.
• Grocery Store Shopping:
• Efficiently create shopping lists based on the planned meals.
• Responsibly and independently conduct grocery shopping, ensuring all necessary ingredients are acquired.
• Navigate the store while considering accessibility for the client.
• Dinner Preparation:
• Execute meal preparation according to agreed-upon recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are visually appealing, delicious, and meet specific nutritional requirements.
• Be attentive to food presentation and strive to enhance the dining experience.
• Companionship:
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for the client.
• Engage in friendly conversation and provide companionship during meal preparation and consumption.
• Be attentive to the client's emotional well-being and offer assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in meal planning and preparation, with a focus on diverse cuisines.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to efficiently create shopping lists and navigate grocery stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to the client's unique needs and preferences, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in meal preparation.
• Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
