Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with ability to work additional hours as needed.

Summary:
SUMMARY: The Private Banking Specialist 1 provides full service support to Private Banking customers and other team members within the Private Banking team. The incumbent provides a wide variety of bank products to customers with potential for multiple banking relationships. The Private Banking Specialist 1 primary focus is on providing deposit account support, however this position will also be able to provide consumer lending support to customers.
