Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:- Deliver direct patient care as assigned, using established procedures in the patient’s home environment.
- Traveling to patients’ homes and managing their care plans according to physicians’ instructions
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records on medical information, vital signs, or changes in patient’s conditions.
- Monitor patients' medication usage and results.
- Document patients' medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or outcomes
- Evaluate patients' behavior to formulate diagnoses or assess treatments.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to patients.
- Train other Registered Nurses, coordinate with other home health professionals caring for the patient, and communicate the patient’s needs to the family providing support.
- Other duties as assigned.
