Private Banking Manager jobs in Paramus, NJ
Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Private Banking Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
