Private Banking Manager manages a team of private banking officers who are responsible for individuals with high net-worth. Oversees and monitors the private banking officers' deposit and loan volume and ensures policies and procedures are met. Being a Private Banking Manager ensures that existing client relationships are sustained and nurtured. Acts as an advisor for complex credit decisions. Additionally, Private Banking Manager mentors and trains team. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Private Banking Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Private Banking Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. HCVT operates under a hybrid working model. Effective Jan 1, 2024, employees are expected to work at their assigned office a minimum of two days per week. In the event that this is not geographically reasonable, you may work in the office closest to your home. Additionally, we expect employees to participate in required firm events/meeting (e.g., trainings, team bonding, client meetings, etc.)
\nThis salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $130,000 to $175,000.
